Years 5-6: Stage 3
There are two parallel classes in each of these year levels. In their senior years of Primary schooling, the program fosters the girls' growing independence, the development of their leadership skills and caters for the specific needs of pre and young adolescents.
How Students Learn
Differentiated activities and ability groupings continue in Stage 3, with more emphasis placed on the girls taking responsibility for their own academic development. Having developed and practised skills of enquiry throughout their Primary years, the girls are now able to apply these skills to independent research tasks. Organisation and study skills are also taught, assisting the girls as they prepare to enter the Secondary stage of their schooling.
