The Head of SCEGGS will embody integrity, compassion and dedication and be a thoughtful, calm and inspirational leader with a commitment to delivering outstanding educational outcomes while driving a whole-of-school strategy to ensure SCEGGS enhances its position as a leader in girls’ education in coming decades.
With a well-defined and contemporary vision for education, you will be responsible for fostering student development across the academic, pastoral, emotional and spiritual dimensions. Operational and governance excellence will also be key responsibilities, as will your capacity to contribute meaningfully to educational discourse within the wider Australian community.
As an influential and empathetic leader, you will cultivate, develop and nurture a high performing leadership team and school staff. With exceptional communication skills you will build and maintain authentic relationships with students, parents, Old Girls, and the wider SCEGGS community.
Personally, you will bring resilience, humility, intelligence, stamina, and a sense of humour to the role. You will also display an unwavering commitment to the school’s Anglican ethos.
