Chapel is such an important part of life at SCEGGS and our connection to our Anglican heritage.
It provides an important opportunity for discussions about the values we believe should underpin life today and the ethos of SCEGGS. All girls from Year 2 upwards attend Chapel each week in services led by the School Chaplain. The girls themselves also play an important role in each service, with readings and prayers. The girls attend Chapel with their year group, with each class taking turns at being involved in leading the service. Occasionally, Kindergarten and Year 1 also join the Primary Chapel service.
Special K-12 celebrations
Special K-12 celebrations are also held on important occasions throughout the school year, such as at Easter and Christmas.
